Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include all accessories, parts, and documentation that came with the product.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products manufactured according to customer specifications.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
Because many of our products are custom 3D-printed and made to order, personalized orders are generally considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After production has started, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
